JossLion and PaulLion

Joss (18 months old) is an adorable lion. . .

. . .he gets it from his brother (Paul at 2 years old).

It's a shark!

Don't worry mommy, I'm a nice shark, and I don't bite people; nice sharks only eat lots of fishes.

New Food: "Runts"

At the Halloween party at daycare, Paul became the rare person who seems to actually like the banana flavored runts. *shrug*

Chag Purim!

WE FORGOT TO BRING THE CAMERA!!!
Crazy, huh?

After both of us working full days, and Paul having a full day of day care, and it snowing most of the day, and Brookline being all the way across town, we were lucky to get out the door with Paul's costume!

We got to have dinner at Zaftig's with Uncle Eric, Aunt Andi, Jack Skellington (Jacob), Queen Esther (Sophie), and Spiderman (Peter Parker (Asher)) where Paul was in a just-woken-up-from-a-car-nap funk. He perked up considerably when we got to temple and were enveloped in cheery cacophonous chaos. . .

Dragon Paul Z!
Daddy and Paul on the bimeh with the other costumed kiddos. . .
Paul puckishly pondering. . .
Paul the Kosher Dragon lived by the sea. . .
Paul enjoyed playing peek-a-boo with a masked Mommy. . .
A dad and his Dragon. . .
Climbing up. . .
Inspecting the treasures of Mordor. . .or some tape on the carpet. Either or.

By the way, Paul LOVED the noise, and every time the reader called out "Haman!!" Paul would grin and snicker at all the groggering, booing, and stomping. It was really funny. . .looked kind of like this:Sorry these are all so blurry - both Mommy and Daddy have crappy cell-phone cameras.

Halloween: Good Idea / Bad Idea

A good idea for Halloween: Dressing as a dragon!

Paul was a little angry when Grandma Shelly stopped him from pulling things off the shelf in order to try on his costume hood. . .
. . .he had more fun trying on the whole ensemble with daddy. . .
Grr! Scary dragon!!
Paul and Daddy at the daycare mini-party (a buncha babies in cute costumes (omg - there was this little chicken costume - too cute!!) playing on the floor. . .).

A bad idea for Halloween: Vomit monster!
This is the way Paul went this year. . . When he says "trick or treat" better stand back and grab a bucket!

There are no pictures for this particular turn of costumes (you're welcome), and Paul is now resting, occasionally even comfortably.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
